Join us at First Baptist Church Huntsville on Sunday, May 25, for a special Memorial Day weekend service featuring guest speaker Jeremy Stalnecker, CEO and Co-Founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation. Jeremy is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran who served as an infantry platoon commander during Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his military service, he transitioned into ministry, serving as a senior pastor before dedicating himself full-time to supporting veterans and their families.
The Mighty Oaks Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to helping America's military warriors and their families who are suffering from the unseen wounds of combat, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Through peer-to-peer recovery programs, Mighty Oaks has empowered over 6,000 warriors to find hope, purpose, and healing, offering these programs at no cost to participants.
This Memorial Day weekend, Jeremy will share a message reflecting on the true meaning of the holiday, honoring the sacrifices of those who served, and encouraging us to live with purpose and gratitude.
